We do not allow returns or refunds on any live shipments 

If your live shipment ie fish or snails arrive DOA within 48 hours of Shipment, show proof via pictures and shipping information, we will return the cost of stock. 

First you must hold the fish in a tank for 24 hours to see if DOA fish are only in shock.
